Q: I just got home and realized my order is incorrect, what is your return policy? A: If your order is incorrect or you are just not satisfied with your sandwich, please return it to the restaurant from which you purchased it for a replacement or a full refund. More than half of the sandwich must be returned! Q: Where does Mr. Submarine get their bread? A: Our bread is baked fresh and delivered to us every morning from the artisans at Turano Baking Company in Berwyn. You won't find our bread in grocery stores, Turano developed the recipe solely for Mr. Submarine.Q: Do you deliver? A: Most of our locations do not deliver. However, some managers will make an exception for orders above $50. Please call your nearest location and speak with a manager.Q: Do you ship your sandwiches? A: Sorry to disappoint all you transplanted Chicagoans but we do not ship our sandwiches at this time. Fresh bread, veggies and meats are essential to a great sandwich and you just can't get that from a box of dry ice.Q: I love your sub sauce, can I buy some? A: Not at the moment.Q: Does Mr. Submarine have wheat bread? A: YES! We are now serving wheat bread at most of our locations. Let us know what you think!Q: What is chopped ham? Loyalty Card
-Receive 1 stamp for every full price submarine purchase, regular or king.-Collect nine stamps and turn in your card for a free regular size sub of your choice! (extra meat, extra cheese & peppers are not free and must still be paid for)-Not valid with other offers: stamps will NOT be given in conjunction with coupons, specials, party sub mixes and sub trays. EXAMPLE: If you buy 3 submarines (at full price) you will receive 3 stamps. -Your stamps can be split up onto other cards.-Cards are only valid at the restaurant listed on the card.
